There in Life's Biggest Moments ...

Funeral Requests

“Jesus began to weep.” John 11:35

When Jesus’ friend Lazarus died, Jesus did what any of us would do–he wept—because Jesus knew the sadness of loss as well as the hope of new life.

At Christ the King, we speak to both realities during a funeral or memorial service. When you face the sadness of loss, our pastors will assist you in planning a meaningful service of life and resurrection that can be held in our sanctuary, outdoor chapel, or columbarium (place for cremated remains). Our pastors will also travel to a local funeral home or cemetery if desired.

To schedule a service time or pastor, please contact the church office (via phone or email or by filling out the form below). The officiating pastor will then contact you and arrange a time to meet. In the meantime, you may review the attached planning documents.

Should additional questions arise, please reach out to the church office, the CtK staff, or the officiating pastor. We are here to uphold you in prayer and to walk alongside you during this difficult time.

“Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in all ways. The Lord be with all of you.” 2 Thessalonians 3:16

Trinity Memorial Garden Columbarium of Christ the King Lutheran Church

The Trinity Memorial Garden Columbarium of Christ the King Lutheran Church was established to fulfill a desire to provide a reverent place of repose and memorialization in the tradition of churchyard burial. As a ministry of Christ the King Lutheran Church, it is intended as a place of interment within niches or an ash garden for cremated remains.
